JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-05-2015 Out of the four petitioners petitioner nos. 1, 3 and 4 are elder brothers of the husband of the deceased and petitioner no.2 is the mother-in-law of the deceased. They apprehend their arrest in relation to Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 126 of 2013 registered under section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In this case the husband has not been made accused the reason being that he was working in Gujrat as labourer . Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in fact the victim lady being married recently wanted to go to Gujrat but the husband was not ready to to take her because of minimum wages,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50480 of 2014 (3) dt.26-05-2015 2/2 therefore she committed suicide.

Considering the fact that the husband has not been made accused, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of our weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, they are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in Dumariaghat P.S.
