The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 26.07.2016 in Nautan P.S. Case No.100 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 341/323/504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)(a)/26 of the Arms Act, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the present case was lodged by own father-in-law of the petitioner. He submits that the dispute arose in between the petitioner and his father-in-law regarding Vidagiri of his wife and in such dispute, falsely the petitioner was apprehended and produced before the police showing recovery of arms.
