Petitioner seeks bail in Khajauli P.S. Case No.150 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 30 litres Nepali liquor was recovered from mango orchard situated in front of house of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
