JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 26-06-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khodabandpur P.S. Case No. 114 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the petitioner approached this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 10516 of 2018 and his prayer for grant of bail was rejected vide order dated 17.04.2018. While rejecting the prayer for bail this Court directed the court below to expedite the trial and conclude the same within one year and granted liberty that if the trial is not concluded within one year, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail after one year. The petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2017. Considering the observation of this Court dated
