Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sadar P.S.Case No. 49 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 323, 363, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the accused persons, including the petitioners is that they have assaulted son of the informant brutally, causing serious injuries to him.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that admittedly there was love affair between daughter of co-accused with son of the informant and counter case has been lodged by the petitioners' side stating that son of the informant has taken obscene photographs of the daughter of co-accused and posted the

Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail stating that one of the injuries is found to be grievous in nature, i.e., on the shoulder.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Sadar P.S.Case No. 49 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
