JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be elder brother-in-law of the deceased. The husband and father-in-law of the deceased have already been granted privilege of bail. Moreover, police after investigation submitted charge sheet under sections 306, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Jehanabad in connection with Parasbigha P.S.Case No. 143 of 2014.
