The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is allegation of kidnapping daughter of the informant. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous enmity. The victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. (Annexure-4 to the petition) has stated that she had friendship with Firoj Alam, who had taken her to Ambala. She wants to get married with Firoj Alam. The doctor has opined the age of the girl to be 19/20 years, which is apparent from Annexure-6 to the petition. Petitioner is in custody since 05.05.2017.
