Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 47 of the Excise Act.
Taking into consideration that 380 litres country made liquor was recovered from a Bolero in which petitioner was travelling at the time of alleged occurrence, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Aurangabad (M) P.S. Case No.116 of 2016 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad stands rejected.
