The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 401, 411, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the petitioner was arrested with stolen motorcycle.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 12.01.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner had no knowledge that the motorcycle in question is stolen property. The T.I.P. of the motorcycle in question has not been conducted to ascertain whether the motorcycle is stolen property or not. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the
