Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.
The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the injury is on vital part of the body and the injury has been found to be grievous in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before learned Court below and pray for regular bail. The learned Court below is directed to consider the prayer for bail of the petitioner, preferably on the same day, without being prejudiced by the order of this Court. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the application stands disposed off.
