2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 201 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 8(c), 20(b) and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 3.068 Kg of ganja from the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the fact that there is huge quantity of recovery, I am not

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
