While rejecting prayer for bail under Cr.

Misc.

No.52049/2016, order dated 16.02.2017 liberty was granted to the petitioner to renew his bail after examination of the seizure list witnesses. From Annexure-4, it is evident that seizure list witness namely, Gopal Singh and Sanjeev Paswan have already been examined. Consequent thereupon, petitioner Ram Shankar Singh @ Rama Shankar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Xth, Patna in connection with Special Case No.76/2016 arising out of Maranchi P.S. Case No.65/2016. However, learned lower court is directed to properly ascertain identity of the bailors before acceptance of the bail, so that appearance of petitioner be intact till conclusion of the trial.
