Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 160, 224, 323, 341, 353, 354 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that co-accused Rana Ranveer Singh, Shashibhushan Singh and the petitioner being members of National Builders Associations blocked the road at Dak Bungalow Road which is a prohibited area and when the aforesaid three persons were taken to Kotwali Police Station then F.I.R named accused persons including a mob of thousand people surrounded the police station premises and got all the three accused persons released.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is nothing on record to suggest that

It is further submitted that petitioner along with others were protesting against the policies of the government in a non-prohibiting area but maliciously, for making out a case, it is alleged that petitioner along with others were protesting in a prohibited area. Considering the above facts, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 775 of 2013, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna.

Accordingly the application is disposed off.
