The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Banka P.S. Case No.479 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 302, 379, 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

The prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner has recently been rejected by this Court vide order dated 03.03.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.2474 of 2017 on merit. As such, I find no reason to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail for the present. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner
