This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 05 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is working in the B.S.F. and he is posted at the Line of Control in Jammu & Kashmir. He is said to have fired upon the informant. The injury is simple in nature. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
