The petitioner being the uncle of the husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after two years of the marriage. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is separate from the husband of the victim since 1990 and accusation is omnibus and general against entire in-laws family.

No.38206 of 2015 (2) dt.22-09-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Deep Nagar P.S.
