The petitioners want to renew the prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected by order dated 26.04.2016 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 10351 of 2016 on the ground that they are suffering in custody since 29.09.2015 and up till now, no prosecution witness has been examined, resulting in near future, the trial is not likely to be concluded and as such the petitioners deserve sympathetic consideration, to which, learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer of bail by submitting that the petitioners assaulted the father of the informant with lathi and danda resulting he became unconscious and during treatment he died. In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50502 of 2016 (2) dt.30-11-2016 2/2 no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of the bail, again their prayer for bail stands rejected. However, considering the detention of the petitioners, let the trial be expedited and concluded as early as possible preferably within 6 months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
