The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 323,504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
The petitioner is husband of Opp.Party no.2.
The allegation is demand of dowry and torturing the Opp.Party no.2.
The matter could not be settled before the Conciliation and Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna as Opp.Party no.2 wants permanent separation.
