The petitioner seeks bail in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 73 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

9 liters of India made foreign liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 15.05.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-7-cum Special Judge, Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 Begusarai in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 73 of 2017.
