2.Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3.The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Supaul Mahila P.S. Case No. 03 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354-B, 379, 506 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act. 4.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2023 and he is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. 5.It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to earlier dispute, present F.I.R. has been filed after 48 days of the alleged occurrence.

7.Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8.Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act/concerned Court below in connection with POCSO Case No. 05/2023 arising out of Supaul Mahila P.S. Case No. 03 of 2023.
