JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority challenging the order contained in Memo No. 930/Hajipur dated 22.09.2011 passed by the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Tribunal, Vaishali,
Patna High Court CWJC No.21378 of 2011 (7) dt.17-07-2017 2/2 which is under challenge, in this writ application. Permission is accorded.
The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of on its own merit in accordance with law within the statutory period.
The present application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
