The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 379 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is also not named in the FIR, but name of the petitioner figured in the confession of Ravi Ranjan Singh. Ravi Ranjan Singh disclosed the entire story of hiring the auto rickshaw and committing theft of the same with the help of other accused persons including the petitioner. The auto rickshaw was recovered from the possession of Vikash Singh. The name of the petitioner also figured in the case as one of the persons who conspired and committed theft of the auto rickshaw. Ravi Ranjan Singh was duly identified by the informant when he was put on test identification

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
