Petitioner seeks bail in Obra P.S. Case No.266 of 2019 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The informant alleged that he went to the village Kusha for arresting the accused, namely, Guddu @ Rohit but Rohit disclosed that he kept his arms in the house of the petitioner. On such, a raid was conducted and one country made pistol along with a live cartridge was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 13.10.2019. The petitioner has already remained in jail for 16 months.

Taking into consideration the fact that for recovery of a country made pistol and a live cartridge, the petitioner has
