One country made pistol was recovered from a box kept in thatched house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 22.05.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran in connection with Amnoure P.S.Case No. 87 of 2016.
