JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Pakridayal P.S. Case No.166 of 2016 registered under Sections 489(A), 489(E), 241, 242, 243, 254 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that another co-accused Zakir was depositing some cash in his Saving Account in which 4 fake currencies of Rs.1000/- denomination and 8 fake notes of Rs.500/- denomination were found and it is alleged that this petitioner was also present along with him.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that merely on the statement of Zakir that he had given the fake currency has been made accused in this case. The other co-

No.22705 of 2017 and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Md. Abedin @ Abedin is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, DistrictEast Champaran in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No.166 of 2016.
