The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16981 of 2020 for extension of time to deposit Rs.8,000/- (Rupees eight thousand) in the P.M. Cares Fund. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of depositing the amount is extended by four weeks from today subject to deposit of Rs. 8,000/- (Rupees eight thousand) in the P.M. Cares Fund by the petitioner in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 307 of 2019 (Special Case No. 6052/2019) to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise, Patna, District-Patna.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8324 of 2021(2) dt.01-02-2021 2/2 The order dated 12.06.2020 is modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
