The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 163 of 2020 registered under Section 341, 323, 324, 448, 379, 384, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1)(b)(a), 26, 27, 37(b) of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is specific allegation against co-accused Kunal Singh and Laddu Singh. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
