Heard Mr. Pankaj Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the fact that in paragraph 7 at page 2 of the order, dated 08.12.2015, the expression, "respondent No. 10, namely, the Commissioner Patna Division, Patna" ought to have been recorded as "the State Government", it is hereby, in the interest of justice, directed that the expression "respondent No. 10, namely, the Commissioner Patna Division, Patna", appearing in paragraph 7 at page 2 of the order, dated 08.12.2015, shall stand corrected, and be henceforth read, as " the State Government".
