Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court taking note of nature of allegation as well as his criminal antecedent but petitioner is in jail custody since 21.11.2015 and charge against him was framed on 23.07.2016 but up till now, not a single prosecution witness could be examined. Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as stage of the trial, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
