Charge-sheet has been submitted against the accused but the action against him has not been taken. Learned counsel for the Union of India, however, submits that the accused who was working in Army has been suspended.

The grievance of the petitioner is that even after submission of the charge-sheet the accused Sunil Kumar has not been apprehended.

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.472 of 2014 (8) dt.22-06-2015 The matter is concerned with the Court where the charge-sheet has been submitted, i.e., the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur. However, if petitioner has any grievance then he is directed to move before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur for his grievance and the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur after considering the submission of the parties shall pass order in accordance with law.
