The petitioner seeks bail in Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 99/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 21.11.2016, but the case was not committed to the court of Sessions. A report was called for and it appears that the case has already been committed to the court of Sessions. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner strangulated eight years old boy to death, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

No.29730 of 2017 (3) dt.09-08-2017 2/2 The trial court is directed to hold the trial on day-to-day basis and conclude the same within one year from the date of receipt of this order. The Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur is directed to ensure the attendance of all prosecution witnesses of Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 99/2016 in the court seisin of the case, so that the trial must be concluded within one year. Let a copy of this order be sent to the S.P.
