Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 03 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 302, 120(B) & 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the instant case only on the base of surmise and conjecture. Further submission is that petitioner's name has been transpired only on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused namely Homi Kumar @ Munna.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the
