ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner as well as opposite party No. 2 are present in person.

The matter is being monitored for the purpose of bringing back the normalcy in the family life of both the parties. Many a circumstances changed since the order was passed on 17.09.2015 and now the opposite party No. 2 is living in the house of the petitioner. She, however, has complaints against the petitioner till date. The petitioner who is also present submits that he shall do whatever is necessary for redressal of her grievance and for ensuring the normal family life.

No.30222 of 2015 (12) dt.22-02-2017 P2/2 Under such circumstances, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Complaint Case No. 667C/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.

It is made clear that, if at all, in future the petitioner creates any hindrance or tries to oust the petitioner from her matrimonial home or there is any untoward incident between the parties, it shall be open to the opposite party No. 2 to move this Hon'ble Court or the Court below for cancellation/modification of the present order.
