The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 279/337/338 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a)/37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Foreign liquor was recovered from the separate houses of the petitioners. The petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39032 of 2019(2) dt.26-06-2019 2/2 Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No.135 of 2019, with following conditions:

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
