JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being husband of the daughter of the informant is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A,364 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture. The daughter of the informant is traceless from Ludhiana where she went with the petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that at present he has no instruction from the petitioner. In the circumstances, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31554 of 2015 (4) dt.14-12-2015 2/2 Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 10 of 2012 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Darbhanga.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
