21-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Case of the petitioner stood on similar footing that of co-accused Ambika Mahto and Deepak Ram @ Vivek Ram having been apprehended at the spot whose prayer for bail have already been rejected. Apart from this, from plain reading of the fardbeyan, it is evident that apart from recovery of firearm, detonator, charger clip, Rs.2,05,000/- cash, mobile from his possession, at his instance there happens to be recovery of rifle, a double barrel gun, six pieces of SLR, 7.62 bore empty magazine, 22 pieces charger clip, two pressure cooker bomb, one pressure cooker.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36462 of 2017 (3) dt.21-08-2017 Prayer for bail is rejected.
