The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Special Case No. 617/2020 arising out of Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 88 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was earlier made accused in about three cases of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the
