JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 47 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

From the motorcycle of the petitioner nine liters of country-made liquor was allegedly recovered. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Further submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
