KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that allegation is of kidnapping daughter of the informant by petitioner and another accused. It is further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The incident took place on 23.03.2017 but the F.I.R. has been lodged on 26.03.2017. There is no explanation of delay in lodging the F.I.R from the prosecution side. The victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.
