The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Akbarnagar P.S. Case No. 36 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2023 and there is no criminal antecedent against him.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and clean antecedent, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
