2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that petitioners in connivance with coaccused persons conspired and committed murder of the son of informant.

4. It is submitted that petitioner no. 1 is mother-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is wife of the deceased. Informant is not eye-witness of the occurrence and only on suspicion petitioners have been made accused in this case. Save and except suspicion

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41284 of 2023(3) dt.29-08-2023 2/2 there is no material against petitioners. As a matter of fact, the decease was working in a private firm at Delhi, from where he informed the petitioner that he is feeling unwell, therefore, petitioners called him for treatment. The deceased was in depression, so he might have committed suicide. Petitioners are ladies and having clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Chandramandih P.S. Case No. 148 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
