The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in jail since 20.11.2015.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, Arun Paswan, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna City in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 294 of 2014, subject to the condition that petitioner would participate in the court proceeding and in
