30.750 Kgs. of Ganja has been recovered from the vehicle in which the petitioner along with three others were found to be sitting.

It has been submitted that the petitioner was only a passenger of the vehicle with no idea about the narcotics being carried in the said vehicle.

However, considering the quantity of narcotics which has been recovered from the vehicle in which the petitioner was traveling along with others and the period of custody of the petitioner which is 13.01.2019, I am not
