2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 201 of 2022 registered under section 302, 120(B)/34 of Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

4.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Parmod Yadav and Nitish are said to have shot the deceased who died.

5. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the deceased has killed the brother of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41400 of 2023(3) dt.06-09-2023 2/2 petitioner and he was life convict in that and because of his death his family members have falsely implicated the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 08.12.2022.

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-1, Madhepura in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 201 of 2022.
