2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 186 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner stole some jewellery from the shop of the informant and tried to flee away, but on raising alarm, he was caught hold by the local people.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated and he is a person of clean antecedent. As a matter of fact, when the petitioner demanded his dues from the informant, not only

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances and also considering the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 186 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(ii) The learned court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if it is found that he is involved in any other case, his bail bond shall be cancelled.
