In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 59 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

In the present case, the police has recovered a bottle containing 375 ml of illegal wining kept in the Jhola of the petitioner.

Looking to the quantity of wine recovered as also the petitioner having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be
