Mr. Karandeep Kumar seeks modification of the order dated 04.08.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3930 of 2021 to the extent that Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 310 of 2018 be read as Kesaria P.S. Case No. 310 of 2018. The order dated 04.08.2021 is thus modified to the extent that Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 310 of 2018 be read as 'Kesaria P.S. Case No. 310 of 2018'. For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer for extension of time for surrendering of the petitioners before the court below is also allowed. The order is modified to the extent that if the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59458 of 2021(2) dt.15-12-2021 2/2 petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a further period of six weeks from today, they will be accorded the privilege under the order dated 04.08.2021 on the same terms and conditions.

With the aforesaid modification, the application stands allowed.
