Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner has adequate remedy in terms of filing an objection petition under Section 9 of the Bihar & Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act which does not appear to have been availed of by the petitioner and hence the writ petition may not be entertained.
3. Be that as it may, in view of non-appearance of the petitioner to press the writ petition, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
