The petitioner seeks bail in Sugauli P.S. Case No. 295 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 15.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43240 of 2016.

Shri Amrendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during course of trial the informant and other witnesses have not supported the prosecution case and only the investigating officer and the doctor are remained to be examined. Learned Additional Sessions Judge-12, Motihari has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20218 of 2017 (3) dt.21-06-2017 2/2 also reported that the trial is at its fag end. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
