No.53843 of 2017. By order dated 23.01.2019, counsel for the petitioners was directed to produce the victim girl and Bachandeo Mandal, who is son of petitioner No.1 in Court on 04.02.2019. On 04.02.2019, the case was adjourned for today. Today, neither victim girl nor Bachandeo Mandal is present in the Court.

None appears on behalf of the petitioners.

This Court does not find any fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
